My 1860 Angler is my third Ranger following a 1999 617DVS & 1991 680T. With a 175 Merc Verado, Yamaha T8 & iPilot Terrova I fish for walleyes & smallies on the Great Lakes, Lake of the Woods, Mississippi River, and mid-west reservoirs in comfort through all kinds of challenging conditions. The walk-through windshield even makes it "comfortable" during early and late-season outings.

My wife and I just bought our first Ranger, a new 1860 Angler.
We had heard a lot about the superb quality and great customer service associated with Ranger. We now know that this is true from personal experience, and now we are passing along the same information to others. We are extremely happy with our new Ranger and we are glad that Ranger pays so much attention to the details, from the finish of the boat, inside and out, including the trailer, to the accessories that came with the boat. Everyone there must take great pride in their job and the boats they produce as we could tell when we took the tour of the plant. We have gone through some rough water and it rides very smooth, smoother than any other boat we had ridden in. We are also very comfortable fishing in our new Ranger. We are looking forward to many years of enjoyment and great fishing. Thank you Ranger Boats!

I purchased my first Ranger back in May and after spending some time in this spring and a week in it on vacation I have come to the conclusion that almost everyone else has, Ranger builds the best boats on the market! I am so happy with this boat. It totally looks and performs better than my expectations. Keep up the great work.

In April I took possession of my first Ranger. I purchased an 1860 Angler with the Mercury 150 Verado. All my boats prior were aluminum. I don't know why I waited so long to by a Ranger. There isn't enough o's in smooth to explain the great ride on the water. Smooth and dry like nothing else. Great engineering and design. Thanks Ranger.
