Getting Home
Hey guys just remember what you are there for (the big picture) and that you will cool off back in the States. I did two tours over in the sand box and my son is a Marine. Keep your chin up and like my son and I…when you get home…go fishing.

Thank you Ranger and all the fine citizens of Flippin, AR.
I’m currently serving in the Navy and have been for thirteen years now. But I have to tell you, “It’s truly an honor and privilege to serve this great country, especially when there are companies and citizens that give so much support.” The support and courage that you all have given me and so many others, is the real reason we continue the fight on the front lines. But I have to say, “My hat’s off to Forrest and Nina Wood.” Because if it were not for you and what you have done for the great town of Flippin and all its fine citizens, I and others that came from there, might not be doing what we continue to do today. I don’t own a Ranger boat, but have fished in one many a time and they truly are the best bass boats on the water, bar none. So to all the hard workers at Ranger, who continue to build the best bass boats in the world and all my fellow friends and citizens of Flippin, keep up the hard work and continue to show your support not only for me, but for everyone who is serving this great nation. Regardless of what people may say, your support really does matter to us. And to all my military brethren, “Keep up the hard fight and let’s come home safely because there are people back home who really care about us.” So when I take leave and come back to do some fishing, you bet it’ll be done in a Ranger. And if your planning to buy a boat be sure you buy a Ranger boat.

New Bay Ranger
I just retired from the AF and have been looking to upgrade my current boat for some time. I have always loved your boats and now I am finally going to own one. My wife and I (also retired AF) decided as a retirement gift we would purchase a new 2200 Bay Ranger. I pick it up next week and can hardly wait, we are really looking forward to it. Thank you so much for building such a quality product that I know will last me for years to come. Take care...

COMING HOME FROM FISHING
My dad and I left out early one morning to go fishing...I was about 7 years old and I loved to fish then as much as I do now. I always tried to beat my dad fishing and that day I did. I was so excited. I bragged to everyone about that and my dad told me "son, you keep bragging and the fish gods will look down on you." I laughed and said yeah right. Well, he was right. The next time we went fishing he kicked my tale. On our way home he said "I told you so." I laughed and said "Pops, you were right"...

My First Ranger Boat
I am currently deployed and just put a deposit on my first Ranger Bass Boat. I can't wait to get home, pick it up, and take my wife and son fishing. I couldn't be more proud to be the future owner of a Ranger.

Thanks Ranger
As a Disabled American Veteran, I want to Thank Ranger Boats for this Tribute to our Men and Women of the Armed Forces. So many times, we as Warriors, feel as if our sacrifices are taken for granted. It's great to see that there are still hard-working Americans that appreciate our sacrifices. The next time I'm out to buy a boat to "Flip" a jig from... it will definitely be one from Flippin, Arkansas. Thanks again Ranger and God Bless our Troops!

All Fellow Marines
After being disabled in Afghanistan I salute Ranger for this page. I spend more time in my ‘89 Ranger now, she may be old but I can't afford a new one so I wont buy another. I am in MS now but from Harrison and Camden AR. My little boy had it hard while I was in Afghanistan. After being injured he didn't know where they sent me and I was not able to call or write to tell him I would be ok. But now every time we get into our Ranger his eyes just gleam with happiness to know I am home.
So thank you Ranger and to all who have served.

Semper Fi.

Ranger boats and the FLW!
I don't know if this the right place to thank Ranger boats, Irwin Jacobs, and FLW, but I'll try.

We are doing a Vets muskie fishing trip this summer on the Lake of the Woods, with 20 Vets participating. This has been met with overwhelming support from a number of folks including FLW, Irvin Jacobs, and I'm sure Ranger boats.

I'd like to thank the folks who support our troops for their help!

Thanks again!

My Ranger story
I was serving in Iraq when I came home on leave. Already my dad and I were talking of buying a new boat when I got home since all we do is bass fish. While on leave I found this immaculate Ranger. A 362V, I had to have it. Not getting to use it because of returning to duty I made plans to spend time with my Father when I returned. Unfortunately my father had a stroke and heart attack simultaneously. Every time I take the boat out I hear him say, son take care of her and she'll outlive us both. Thanks for the memories Forrest L. Wood. I Love my Ranger.

I love my Ranger boat
My name is Sgt. Dusty Hill, I retired from the Army National Guard at the age of 22 due to injuries while serving in Iraq. I bought my first Ranger boat 2 years ago. It is a 1991 model, so it’s used, and I’m sure it’s seen its better days but I love using it. I am looking to buy a newer one. I just had a baby January 23rd so I’m looking for a boat that will better suit us as she grows up. I am looking at the 186 Reata. I think it will make a great boat for us to be able to spend good quality family time together. THANK YOU RANGER FOR SUPPORTING THE TROOPS!!!
--Sgt. Dusty Hill

two sons in the USMC
I have two sons in the Corp both CWO2. The oldest just south of Baghdad on his third tour and the other in Kuwait on his second. When they do come home with their families in the summer the first thing they want to do is go out in the Ranger. My wife and I get to see them about every year and a half, so when they do come home we spend a lot of time on the water.

wishing I owned a Ranger!
Hello, my name is Morgan King. I'm a 32 year old Blackhawk Medevac pilot currently deployed to Iraq. I'm finally at a point in my life where I can actually think realistically about buying the boat I've always wanted. I'm a die hard bass fisherman from S.E. GA. My dream is a Reata 210 and hopefully if all goes well I'll be haulin' boogie up and down the Savannah river this summer. Your boats are simply the best!! Can't wait.
