Warranty Arbitration Opt-Out
You may choose to opt out of the arbitration procedures within 30 days from the date you purchase your product ("Opt Out Deadline") by completing the opt-out form and sending it by U.S. first-class mail, postage prepaid, to the following notice address:

The Arbitration Opt-Out Form must be postmarked no later than 30 days after the date you purchased your product from White River Marine Group. Any opt-out request received after the opt-out deadline will not be valid, and you must pursue your claims in arbitration or small claims court.
